Position Overview:
Seeking experienced applicators who know how to install resinous flooring systems and polished concrete at a high level. You’ll work alongside leadership to execute projects with precision and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:

Install resinous flooring systems (epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic) & Polished Concrete

Perform surface prep including grinding and shot blasting

Execute coatings, back-rolling, and finishing work

Maintain clean, organized work areas

Support Lead Men in hitting production and quality targets
Requirements:

Position Overview:
We’re looking for experienced Lead Men to run crews on resinous flooring and polished concrete projects. This role is responsible for leading jobsite execution, maintaining quality standards, and keeping projects on schedule. You’ll be the point person on-site, ensuring work is done right and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage installation crews on active jobsites

Oversee resinous flooring and polished concrete installation from prep to finish

Maintain quality control and ensure specifications are met

Coordinate daily workflow to keep projects on schedule

Enforce jobsite safety standards
